Darley Playing Field Association

  • The DPFA manages the lease of the shop, Post Office and Cafe.  This facility is currently run by Steve Willis and his team.  Steve's business is Crimple Valley Fresh and is based in Pannal, Harrogate.
  • Football teams can also book the field to play games at the weekend.  Please use the contact form on this site to get in touch with us, enquire about charges and book games.
  • There is a pavilion which houses changing rooms, showers and toilets that football teams can use during booked sessions.
  • The DPFA manage and maintain the children's playground.  Please get in touch with us using the contact form on this site if you notice any problems with the equipment.
  • Petanque Courts have recently been added & all are welcome to play. Boules sets for adults & children are available to rent at the shop.



  • As a charity, the DPFA runs fundraising events several times per year.  The main event we run is the firework display on 5th November each year which is a great opportunity for the community to come together.  We always seek sponsorship for this.  Do get in touch if you would be interested in sponsoring the purchase of the fireworks.
